Internal Sales/Appointment Maker


£15000 - £35000/annum Excellent benefits

My clients company are a Mortgage Advisory company based in Derby; Due to continued growth they are looking to employ additional Telephone appointment makers to join their team.

My client is an employer with Low staff turnover, and they create a great atmosphere to work in, offering fantastic competitions and incentives on a very regular basis.

They offer tailored training to meet your sopecific needs to ensure you are able to achieve targets.

The duties of the role include:

  • Contacting potential clients (Not cold)
  • Asking specific questions to see if they qualify to remortgage
  • Sell the benefits of the company
  • Booking appointments for a Qualified Financial Services Executive to visit them
  • Promote and up sell other services
  • Pass the appointment details to the QC department

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Great Telephone manner
  • Some experience of selling over the telephone
  • Great at building rapport quickly
  • Politely persistent
  • Objection handler
  • IT Literate
  • Target driven

The hours of work are: 1:00pm - 8:00pm - Monday to Thursday and 12:00 Noon - 7:00pm Friday. A 55 Minute lunch break is given. There is also the possibility of having to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 10:00 - 12:30

The rewards for the job are:

  • A starting training salary of £15,000
  • Commission payable from start of employment
  • Salary varies from £15,000 - £30,000 Basic Plus commission, based on monthly results
